Closed Checking on behalf of my friend if he's banned

    These are the details of my friend's account

    All     Your Character Names: BulBool, KusOmo, caspi(not sure about this one)
    Last thing you did: We haven't played a couple of years and now we've tried to log in and it gives him the following message after character selection
    Why do you think you got banned?: No idea
    Ban message when attempting to log in:
    "You have been disconnected from the login server
    Please try again later"

    What GM banned you (optional): No Idea

    We understand that you are trying to help your friend but ban appeals must be made by the player themself.

    Please advise your friend to create their own forum account and to proceed with their own ban appeal.

    It is not possible for players to respond to other players' ban appeals.

    Once your friend has created their own forum account, please get your friend to open their own ban appeal.

    I will be closing this thread in the meantime.
