Hi, I lost my 31int golden zhelm off my character Burning2Aveng. It happened shortly after the server check today so approximately 1am UTC. I was removing my gzhelm to place in my inventory but misclicked and accidentally dropped it. It didn't prompt me and instead disappeared. Please help! I unfortunately don't have a picture as I only purchased it right before the server check.

Sorry for the delay in responding, unfortunately it took a bit longer than expected to get a copy of the database backup from the Server Check before the issue started for us to be able to issue the item refunds. A GM will need to refund you the item in game, please can you reply here when you are in game to make it easier for us to find you. Or if you would like to schedule a time to meet for the refund then please let us know when is best for you. Hello, please provide us a time range of your usual login timing so that a GM may try to contact you in-game for the refund e.g. 1400 to 1600 server time (UTC)

Are you back in Royals in an active manner, or will only play from time to time? If you are back as an active player, please confirm your online days and timing (UTC)
Also happy to organise a specific time to meet a GM in game. I am on more than the above listed times (on a different character) but that is when I am on my main (Burnin2Aveng) browsing FM.

Will arrange a timing after the Anniversary event Due to changes, GMs are no longer able to spawn items, so your Helmet would require an Admin to provide the refund instead

Hi Dave, Yes, still the same. Although I am currently on days off work so I am available for longer periods of the day 8pm-8am UTC. Currently online right now if there are admins around.
