Good day Admins, I took a break from royals for a year or and logged back online the website today and found all my nx gone. Do they expire if you don’t play or use it? I was planning to come back and play and now this happened kinda repels me. Hope to hear back. Waiting for an email and well for my PIC. How long does that take? thank you Mr Scooty
Did you re-login to the website or just look, see you're already logged in, and see that it says 0 nx?
I logged into the website and saw i had 0 NX and RP, when before i retired I had lots to NX from voting and small amount of RP. Really shocked to see this happen. And is it possible to get a pic reset? I have sent on my request previously. Thank you for your time, Mr Scooty
Well, can you log out and log in again? If you still don't have nx, you either spent it or you didn't vote on that account.
NX and RP don't get wiped, so either you logged into the wrong account or it's using an old login with expired credentials on the site, which causes it to show 0 for those. For a pic reset, you can try using the control panel, otherwise you'll just have to wait until admins get to it. They tend to be very busy, if you're really feeling the itch to play maybe make a second account and play on that in the meantime. Extra characters never hurt to have, after all
