Closed Accidentally dropped an item and it went poof

    Problem: Item lost

    Details:
    My friend and i were playing around scrolling elemental wand in server time 16 Jul 2025, 2000H.

    Basically we were going around buy scrolls, scrolling and destroying wands. throwing wands to each other, doing the math etc etc..

    And when i finally scrolled a good wand, i dropped it to her like we did previously, but it was hidden behind the portal and she went afk. This happened in 13-1.

    the wand (elemental wand 5) was retrieved from my shop in 1-7 as im afraid to gamble. bought a scroll and managed to +3, which led to me going over to 13-1 to buy 100% scrolls, with a final stats of 172ma + 20 int. I passed it to my friend so she can upgrade her wand but...she went afk behind the portal and i didnt noticed the wand is still on the floor.

    Would it be possible if the GM can help retrieve the item?

    sounds ridiculous but i gotta try...thank you.

    Sadly this is a player mistake instead of a game bug, so GMs won't help.

    I strongly recommend avoiding drop trading of all high value items, the risk just isn't worth it

    We understand how frustrating it must feel to lose an item after putting in so much effort, especially when it was meant for a friend.

    However, please note that Staff do not recommend drop-trading items, as it carries several risks, such as:
    • The item being looted by another player (this could be the reason too)
    • Being unable to pick up the item due to lag or disconnection.
    • Overlooking dropped items, especially when they are obscured behind portals or objects.
    In cases like this, where the item was left on the ground and went unnoticed due to your friend being AFK, we understand the frustration, but unfortunately, we are unable to verify ownership or provide refunds for items lost due to player mistakes. Once an item is dropped, there is no way for us to track or confirm who it was intended for, which makes it very difficult to recover lost items or resolve such disputes.

    To avoid similar losses, we strongly recommend using the in-game trade system when transferring items, as it is the only secure method that guarantees item transfers between players.
