Im stuck at character selection menu

Cannot log on to my gunslinger..when I double click my character to log on it just stays at the character selection menu the whole time

Is it only that character this happens to.
Don't use hamachi or loopback adapter, disable any adapters you don't use.
try turning off your antivirus/firewall.

 

Yes its the only character it happens to I log on to other characters and acc perfectly fine

 

What is your character's IGN?

I'm actually completely at a loss now. Can you try re-installing the game entirely? It's a long shot, I suppose. I'll direct some of the more tech-savvy staff to this thread, for you too.

For them: I've tried the obvious unban and unstuck checks since it seems character related; he says that his other characters from the same account get in fine, and it seems he only has one account. @John, @Matt, @Karven, @Tim ?

 

Im not sure if reinstalling it is necessary since its only that one character im having an issue with..this problem with him has been going on ever since I had my pet monkey refunded for a dc issue it had although im not sure if thats a factor or not? & I actually have another account no issues on any of the characters on it though
