As the title says, All of my accounts was either blocked or banned for no reason at all. Even made another freshly made account just now and got the same message. My last activiy was me logging into the game to check my cash shop browsing for skins and went on a hiatus for 6 months or so. Is there a war crime i commited just window shopping for skins?

Ginrey, putina and this new account I can't even create a character because somehow I got "banned for registering". And no, there was no gm on my vicinity since i'm inside cash shop browsing for the latest patch's donor skins.
Hi there. You are not banned but the IP address you're connecting with is banned. Please restart your router to obtain a new IP address before reconnecting then you should be all good to go.
Got it working now after restarting my router. Many thanks for informing me the trick. This whole error had me panicking for days now. Really appreciate the help.
