    This account has been deleted or blocked...
    I didnt play for a really long time .. tried to log into my user and i have seen this .
    can anyone please clarify why is this happening ?

    its really hard to tell i think a year ago ...
    i hardly remember . i might have it on another user id i tried both variations ..
    but im also unable to reset the pic for the other user that does work i just forgot the pic .. i tried to email the pic reset but i dont quite get it.
    can we talk in private and i will provide you my credentials , and a proof of past emails i have received concerning my account password reset . i also know the password i just dont get the pic reset email

    That is definitely concerning and your accounts have most definitely been compromised.

    The moment you raised this ban appeal, I already banned all accounts I believe are yours to keep them locked and to prevent further damage.

    In the meantime, please raise a ticket in the account recovery section here https://royals.ms/forum/threads/lost-email-or-username.154999/ to work with our admins to update your accounts' security and recover your accounts completely.
