add storage to 48 then still show 16 storage, and back to cash shop same 16 storage *sorry no screenshots in add 48 time, only have now's nx screenshots (rmb today have 2.05m nx and cost 200k to add storage, cost 1.59m to buy enchanted scroll, farming nx like 45-50k) add new bug case 56 storage...
I had that problem too. I think I spent 200k NX on my mule, but I don't see any increase in my slots. And I think it's also a bug because if the slots were already full, a message should appear that the slots were already full. I realized I had spent a lot of NX and stopped buying.
You expanded storage slots and then you lost the slots? I'm confused on what's the bug here based on OP'd video. They bought 4 slots for 25k and scrolled down to the very bottom and got 4 extra storage slots, so what's wrong?
hmm how many did you buy? I bought 1 purchase of storage expansion for 25k and I just counted 20 slots for my storage so it's still there (have relogged).
I got 2 expansions. I put some extra stuff in storage (nothing valuable) and lost it along with the slots.
I got 2 additional slots as well and thankfully didn't put anything extra in those slots, but I'm still stuck at 16 storage spots and down 50k NX.
Would like to confirm you guys are using IMG or WZ (I am using IMG) I have expanded slots to max, but have yet to lose any slots (maybe because I didn't store items to the max yet) Besides expanding the slots, do you guys remember doing anything else in particular? (can be storing of items, immediate log off, re-arrange items etc) My current Cash Shop
IMG remember when I add slot end like your photo, the add storage slot is gray ,but when I hours later back cash shop it became to 16 and can click add, think log in/log off related? (*that 56 storage is friend used same account other char add slot,like 1 char add to 48 and relog to other char back to cash shop still can add slot,and final it back to 16 now)
What do you mean by friend used same account? You mean the screenshots belong to your friend's account or?
上面截圖的是我自己的帳號，我的情況就是單純開到48格之後，bug觸發變回16。 下面貼的影片連結是我朋友的帳號添加倉庫上限出現的情況，我用英文講可能比較容易造成誤會不好意思 按照朋友的說法他是同一組遊戲帳號，角色A添加滿了上限，再倉庫裡面塞入雜物記數，之後重新登入一次換成別隻角色(*角色B)回到商城，這時候本應該是呈現灰色的添加按鈕又回復到可以點選的情況，同時商城顯示的記數也變回16，所以我猜想在這邊重登換角的時候已經觸發bug了，只是因為倉庫塞了雜物所以本來觸發bug變回16的倉庫還是顯示52個雜物 到最後(現在這個時間點)，回到倉庫顯示還是變回16格顯示(跟這邊大多數人都一樣bug，開滿變回16格)，只是把東西抽出來的時候本來還存在倉庫裡面的記數道具會跟著浮現出來 舉例來說就是，當下影片結尾是52個記數道具+4格空格，現在又觸發一次bug變回16格倉庫，這時候倉庫只顯示1~16的東西，但如果把其中一個東西抽出來，本來看不見的17號道具又出現在倉庫最尾端(依此類推，前16個全部拿出來，顯示就變成17~32號的道具) 所以現在因為倉庫bug被吞存入進去道具的人的東西實際上應該沒有消失，只是bug倉庫顯示上限是16但你存入進去的東西總數>16，所以只顯示了前16個道具。(*不確定可能需要更多受災報告才更好判斷)
you can see the vedio front and notice the storage is 1~52 numbers item so it like 52 storage and i think storage's max is 48 ?
Using IMG. I put like maybe 4 or 5 things in storage. Not sure what else I did but the next time I opened storage the slots (and items) were gone. I think I entered cash shop again and also relogged.
How about meso? Did you guys withdraw/deposit meso upon expanding the storage? As of now, Staff team are still trying to replicate this bug - it seems to be caused by a very specific scenario
I may have stored some mesos after buying the expansions before they disappeared. I definitely deposited some but I don't recall if it was before or after.
I'm using IMG. The "+ Stor. Slot" button in the Cash Shop shows how many slots you currently have. On my first account (the one shown in the above video), I spent 50k NX with my first character. It showed that I had 24 slots. After some time, I went into the Cash Shop with another character and noticed that the button displayed the number as 16 slots again. However, my actual storage still had 24 slots. Later I spent another 175k NX to press the button 7 more times. It showed that I now had 44 slots, but I actually had 52 slots. To test it, I put 52 different etc items into storage to see if they could be used, which is where the video starts. After that, I went into the Cash Shop again, and the button once more displayed only 16 slots. On this account, my actual storage became 56 slots, but after some time it reverted back to 16 slots. On my second account, I expanded the storage to 24 slots. The next day, it had also reverted to only 16 slots. I did fill the storage to the max on both accounts.
I use IMG. I can confirm that after buying 2 slots of storage I think I just AFK'd in FM, this involved taking out all my mesos to buy things like APRs and potentially adding mesos from the sale of stoppers. So for my data point. I don't think I scrolled down or even checked if I had the extra slots I think I bought them and only added/subtracted mesos a few times.
