Do you and your family play on each other's accounts? - No, we do not play on each other's account Do you have your accounts logged in at the same time on the same computer? - As our home only has one computer, so sometime we take turn to play on it, I'll let them log onto my computer, but they rarely do so, usually they just play at their own pc at shop, unless their inventory was full of scrolls and unsure what is valuable or trash, they will often consult me before throwing them (as I'm the only FM guy who check and study prices). I'll try to ensure only one account was logged into my own pc at home.

My family all voted at their shop on their individual pc, whitelist submitted since 30th of July 2025.
Update : We currently unable to connect again, tried resetting the internet but still the same. Are we banned this time?
Based on this wording, your whitelist application has yet to be approved Please request everyone involved to submit their own Ban Appeal Note: you cannot appeal on their behalf

Anyway, is there any way to appeal for our accounts, me, my wife and sisters in law wasn’t aware that the whitelist wasn’t approved after 2 months. We should wait until it’s approved before voting. We will not repeat our mistake and truly sorry for what we have done. Appreciate for your consideration. Aside from this, Cruciatus, Rootie applied whitelist way back then (cant be sure if its 2017 / 2018) , iirc it was approved.
This ban appeal has been flagged for an admin to review. Please have your family members open their own ban appeals so an admin can look into each one separately.
Cruciatus/Rootie were never approved for the whitelist and the only application was for Rootie (not you) in July of this year which has not been approved. Please confirm if you reviewed the link that Dave sent. It seems like you dismissed it with “Anyway,”. You are all under one household even if they sometimes play other locations. You still play at home and live together.

It was 10 years ago, i cant remember my old password and which email did I used for it, but I successfully retrieved it just now.
you mention you own Cruciatus and Cruu you vote on both of those accounts yourself thats not a whitelist issue, thats you vote abusing on both of your accounts
