I can't enter the game after entering the PIN code

Hi, I hope you're all well. I've been having a problem logging into the game since yesterday. It only happens when I select a character and enter my PIN. After that, it won't log in and asks me to re-enter my password. I've been told that using a VPN can cause some errors, but I don't use those apps or anything like that. I haven't downloaded anything in almost a month. This seems very strange. Could you please help me?
