every time i try to sign into the control panel i get the above message. Similar to a post made by another individual (https://royals.ms/forum/threads/error-trying-to-login-to-cp.249713/#post-1561355) How do i fix?
reset your password, pin and pic to reset login attempts alternatively use your phone and phone internet to connect to the control panel
Tried all these things and it did not work. When it said to reset my password i never got the email (i checked junk). Cant change pic because that requires logging in. Its logging into the control panel that is giving me this issue - but I know my password and didnt have many login attempts. Only forgot my pic and had failed attempts with that.
