    Last thing you did: Kinda forgot but might be grinding in Kerning City

    Why do you think you got banned?: Sorry but I think I didn't break any rule

    What GM banned you (optional): Sorry no idea at all

    1: Sorry the four IGNs I provided are all I can remember. I currently don't have the access to login my account again so I won't be able to check other mule's name, but all I can tell you is that I have two mules whose levels are lower than 20 and another priest which is around lv 43.
    2: It could be traced back to 2017 I think? Because I can still remember the bigcrush happened in 2017, and sorry again I could not remember the exact date
    3: I don't have any kind of relation with all three players you've shown.

    I understand and respect the rules and policies of Royals and I sincerely believe that my account was banned unintentionally or due to a misunderstanding. This account holds significant value to me, as I have invested a considerable amount of time, effort, and resources into it. Being unable to access it has caused me great distress, especially since I use it regularly to connect with friends and participate in community events.

    I kindly request that you prioritise reviewing my case and expedite the appeal process. I am more than willing to provide any additional information or verification required to resolve this matter promptly.

    Thank you for your time and understanding. I truly appreciate your efforts in maintaining a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players.
