How do you all end up with 20+ stat equipment if you're using 30% scrolls? Is there something I'm not understanding?
I'm not sure what you're asking. People who scroll for end-game stuff are using white scrolls. There's an element of luck to it. Unless you mean how the stats are so high, which case is because 30% scrolls give much higher stats when passed.
Do you mean stuff like capes, gloves, and shoes that are scrolled for attack? Those are scrolled using chaos scrolls, that have a 60% chance of giving between -5 and +5 to each stat that is already on the armor, including attack. With a lot of luck, some people have managed to get 20+ attack on these things using this method.
