Yesterday, I was HP washing one of my characters but made some critical mistakes in the process. Is there any chance you could help reset the AP Resets I used on my character? IGN: Markstriple I used roughly 500 AP Resets, but later realized the mistakes I made.
My target HP was 19k, but I forgot to account for MP washing during the process. I know it was my mistake, but I’ve put a lot of effort into leveling this character and collecting AP resets. It’s really frustrating since I’ve spent over five months on this, and now it feels like a failure because of a one-hour mistake. If the admin can’t help, my only option would be to buy a large number of AP resets to lower my HP again — but I’m not sure I have the motivation to go through that. Please let me know if there’s any way the admin can help with this.
Apologies for the disappointment. You are not alone on this, HP/MP washing can indeed be a complicated process, and many players have faced similar frustrations when planning their goals. However, we are unable to refund or compensate for APRs used as a result of player miscalculations or planning errors.
