Oh i understand. I will wait for the ban to end and will let my brother know as well. But can i ask please if you can unlock his account, for this not being his fault. I dont believe this to be an account sharing as he is currently living with me but i trust your judgement and respect you for the prompt reply. I believe it has been 5weeks by now but when i try to log, i get a massage im banned untill 12/20/2025 which is more than 6weeks almost 7. Apologies as the number of weeks I typed in the first post is incorrect. The end date of 20th December 2025 is the correct end date so you will have to wait until then. If there are still issues on the day, please reach out and we'll have a lookt.

Now you're connecting from an IP address that's blocked. Simply restart your router to obtain a new IP address then you should be good to go.
I see, I'm not realy sure how to do that. Unplug and plug in back will solve it ? Or can you maybe guide me how to reset the IP address if that's not how you do that? Thx foxy
Unplug your router/modem for at least 3 minutes to prompt your ISP for a new IP. Otherwise you may need to contact them if that doesn’t work.

Hi again, I am honestly baffled. I just got released from a ban and was playing by all the rules and yet it seems i got yet another ban. What did i do wrong this time ? All i do is daily bosses and vote once a day, i honestly dont know what is wrong. Please help me understand.
Ok ok so there was an outage today and from some reason the IP was blocked again, after reset my IP i was able to log in. I was honestly shocked and didnt know what happen, dont worry about it Happy new years
