No. You'd be lucky if you get half of that. A 30 stat robe that has 2 stats on it clean will never get you that much. Maple Impaler seems like a 60-70m investment.
That 26dex would be the equivalent of a 16dex bathrobe (worth <50m). But since thats on a Tai (that costs more effort to keep scrolling on to get such a stat), the value should be closer to 100m. No way is it 300-400.. Lol... Since i sold my 2str 37dex tai for 400m... Which to me is value. I sold my 26/9 ades for 120m, but thats a bargain to me.
dex bowman overall has no where near the value of a str bowman overall. its not 300-400 mil. closer to 100mil as rustle said
