Closed Too many login tries

Problem: Entering control panel causes too many login tries
Details: I am trying to get back into my DK, I remember the login credentials even the PIN code, but I forgot the PIC number, so I went to the control panel to reset the PIC, I entered the credentials (Same as character login, and same as account login in royal.ms, correct me if I am wrong) but I get an error that says too many login tries.
Any help?

 

Tried using my mobile, from incognito and still same result

 

It’s been two days now.
I have another player in the same account if that helps

 

Unfortunately no, but I tried to login from both mobile network and home WiFi network and in both times I tried incognito and regular browser and still not working

 

I tried again today, still same error occurred:

Thank you, in the meanwhile is it possible to reset the PIC number in a different way so I’ll be able to play
