Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account. Character Name: DeadDream Additional Information: i played the game for like 2 days and left it, and now i want to play again and when i enter my character it just says: " you have been disconnected from the login server. please try again" i have no idea if i got banned, or something in the download doesnt work. i dont recall doing harm to nobody please help, i want to play.

You are not banned. You have an additional invalid mac address that you are trying to connect with. Normally VPNs cause this even if they’re not active at the time. Other software could cause it, but you’ll have to troubleshoot on your end. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our end.
