Closed I can't log in my account

Problem: my account is blocked from logging in due to many invalid Pin authentication attempts
Details:

At first, I remembered my account, password, and PIN. However, when I tried to log in today, I was asked to enter an additional code called PIC, which I had no recollection of. Because of that, I couldn’t log in, and my attempts to reset the PIC were unsuccessful. Later, when I finally remembered my PIC, I found that my account had already been locked and I was unable to log in.

 

Today, I try to reset my login information. But I never receive the mail about reset password so that I can't change any of my login information.

 

Email is case sensitive, make sure you're typing it exactly as you used to sign up with

 

Since my last login was six years ago, I’m no longer sure which email address I used for registration. When I tried to reset my password, I tested both email addresses that I still have access to, but I didn’t receive any reset emails from either one.

Is there any other way to resolve this issue? I really want to revisit and enjoy my character again.

I posted a thread on Wednesday, but I haven’t received any reply yet. I understand that the admins are very busy, but I would like to ask approximately how long it usually takes to get a response.
