hello guys and staff. so here is the story: my little brother play sometimes on my computer/he's laptop. and today he get auto banned for saying something. now when i'm trying to play on my account there is a box with > beerlover banned. ok good job ban him but why i can't logged to my account now? this is other account. i am fair player. my brother is stupid sometimes but i am a fair guy. so please guys help me. i want to play maple now but i cant because my brother banned on he's account. BTW my nick in game is "Maayan".
Both you and your brother will be able to play again in 3 days. He got auto banned by our system for attempting to use a forbidden word in a Super megaphone. The system IP bans the household for this because there's no way for us to tell who is innocent and who isn't in a household.
There is no way to unban you while also keeping him banned. I apologize but you'll need to wait it out. Edit: Tim and I posted at the same time haha
ok i got it. just saying: you an check ip. he created the account on he's laptop. and then played on my computer. well this is not fair. i mean my account not banned. only "beer lover" banned. just ban him. and let me play :3. i am so angry but i can deal with it. you have to find a other way to ban people without hurting the other people that playing from same pc. or a different account. i dont need u to unban him. i just want to play on my account [Maayan] i did not doing nothing. i am trying to loggin to my account and then it says other account banned. If you guys play at the same house then you have the same IP. Nothing we can do. If we unban you then your brother will he unbanned

Funniest thing at this moment his (and yours too unfortunately) ban has been extended to 7 days now for ban evading thanks to this info.

Once again. We cannot unban you and keep your brother banned. That is not possible. We can't do it. I'll say it one more time since you don't seem to understand. We can't do it, it's impossible. Our bans go by IP. Also, there's no way for us to even prove that your brother is a real person. Tons of people blame their bans on people that don't exist. Not saying this is the case here, just saying.
