New player trying to login thru dedicated IP because it wont get me past character selection screen

hey, my ign is iAmJxhn i just created my account and tried to login even thru my dedicated ip it wont work it says you have been disconnected from the server when i click on my character to load into game. I hesitated playing for a long time because in the past the same issue occured but someone mentioned to buy a dedicated IP from nordvpn and that will work. still its not working and giving me same issue please help me play the game

 

i still cannot seem to get it working..

 

i bought nordvpn dedicated IP service and its still disconnecting me after double clicking my character

 

but isnt uninstalling that stuff not allowing me to use a dedicated IP address?

 

can you please teach me how to get the game working?
