Closed connection problem

    Problema: No puedo pasar la pantalla de selección de personaje - Suspensión de MAC en la cuenta.
    Nombre del personaje: alexcg,bucccg,jinwoo5,hsmulecg
    Información adicional:
    I have connection problems 3 days ago I was able to log in from my cell phone sharing mobile data and I only had to wait until character selection and then it gave me DC

    Have requested GMs to do a check on your accounts, not seeing anything off on Royals end

    Thanks, I hope they fix it before the Christmas event now that I have more time to play, I was playing well for a few days until that error happened

    I contacted my internet provider and they already solved it and I can enter the game normally without DC. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND HELP DAVE
