Can't enter PIN, no access to Control Panel

    Coming back from a 2ish week long break.

    Updated/Downloaded the Christmas Event Client. Couldn't enter in my PIN, and when I tried to access my account via the website, it said I had too many login attempts even though this is the first time I'm logging back onto the game in weeks.

    Help!!!

    What do you mean by you can't enter in your PIN?

    Do you remember you forgotten the PIN or?

    I typed in my PIN. The login screen said the pin was incorrect. Then I tried resetting the PIN on the Royals site, and I was denied access into “My Account”/Control Panel.
