Hi Dave, I don’t remember all the exact details, but as far as I recall, I messaged him recommending the Buccaneer class. It was a weekday, though I’m not sure whether it was in the morning or around noon. After seeing my message, he asked me to help create an account for him, He usually can only play royals night or midnight. At that time, I had free time, so I went ahead and created an account for him so that when he came online, he could start playing immediately without having to go through the registration process. Of course, I was under no obligation to create the account, as it used my personal information. At the time, I didn’t think too much about it, since creating an account was a small task for me, so I agreed to help him. This is the situation as I remember it. I’m not sure if this fully answers your question, as I’m not very good at expressing myself . If any further information is needed, I am happy to provide it and cooperate as best as I can.
Okay, I will just assume that your cousin does indeed exist. Unfortunately however, this does not help you. Creating accounts for other people violates the ToS that both of you agreed to when you each registered your first account here, and when you created the SuuSuuBc account and logged into it for the first time (account sharing). Unfortunately for you, your cousin lost interest in it pretty quickly and just used it as low level vote abuse mule instead. Both of you shall remain permanently banned for vote abuse and account sharing. Really though, this story is pretty difficult to believe anyway. At that point, he had already created several accounts all by himself, and so would have been highly experienced at creating new MapleRoyals accounts and also would have known that doing so only takes a couple of minutes. In addition, recommending the Buccaneer class because time leap is "fun" is one of the strangest sales pitches for the class that I have ever heard. It makes no sense whatsoever.

In party play, being able to reset skills like Smokescreen, Resurrection, and Echo is something I find both fun and valuable. Unfortunately, it seems that I will no longer be able to log into this game. But still thank you for your response, Heidi. I respect your decision. This game is one of my childhood memories. When I was still child, I watched my cousins play MapleStory all the way until I entered primary school, so this game has always left a deep impression on me. I have personally played for almost a year, and it’s truly unfortunate that I was just one level away from reaching level 200. During this time, I met many people in the game who made it very enjoyable. What I regret most is not the equipment I spent time and money earning, but the fact that I can no longer play and spend time with these wonderful friends in the game. I checked some of your claims and get to the same conclusion as the other Staff members that replied to this case: You claim cousin had no time to create their own account, yet has already created 3 accounts before, two of them within 52 seconds of each other (2025-05-10 15:45:51 and 2025-05-10 15:46:43) so clearly that individual would have no problems creating their own accounts. Judging by your telling of events, you had no account on mapleroyals, the first account you create is for the supposed cousin. It would take you longer to understand the process than the person that already created accounts (within 52 seconds of each other) before. The account for SuuSuuBc was created with the same pin and pic that all the other 'suu' accounts use, while the cousin's pin and pic are different. You created this account on your pc and connection and play for 45 minutes later that day you play for another 2 hours and 20 minutes, then your supposed cousin plays on it on their pc and connection, then two days later you logged in on it again from your pc and connection, and then they played on it again from the other pc and connection. That goes beyond just creating an account for them. whether we're dealing with you and your cousin or just you, both routes end up at a permanent ban unfortunately
