My roommate made an account Wuhanwei and stopped playing after 2 days. We had submitted a voting whitelist during that time. After he stopped playing, he told me to level his character. Which after rereading the rules i believe this is what would cause for a ban. From my understanding, we could multi client and play on 2 accounts at once. I had never abuse the daily voting from what you can see and this is also my first offense i did not know it warrants a 1 month ban. I understand i made a mistake, just seeing if you can reduce the length of my ban.
Me and my roommate Aaron live together. We both share the game laptop, you can see from my whitelist application. He initially made the char WuhanWei but stopped playing after almost one day, said “wasn’t for him”. He asked me to help lvl the character by doing basic leveling. I was under the impression at the time that this was allowed since both accounts were played from the same location and I believed multi-clienting was permitted. I now understand that playing on another person’s account, even with permission, is against the rules, and that was my mistake. There was no intent to impersonate another player or abuse any systems.

You need to be really careful here. Your ban will not be reduced below 30 days. However, if you do not follow Dave's advice above, then you could end up getting your ban upgraded to a permanent one for believable claims and/or lying about account sharing. Our admin has looked at connection history, and we know the truth. You tried to gain an unfair advantage by pretending to be two people and making a voting whitelist application as such. It was a foolish thing to do, and you are now serving a month long ban for it. What you have done is verrryyyy close to being a permanent ban already, but in cases like this we like to give a second chance, as we are giving you (once the 30 day ban expires). We all make mistakes sometimes, and the best thing we can do is be honest about it - especially when we're being given a second chance as you are being given.

Heidi, I don’t know what to tell you, but Aaron is my roommate lol and he lives with me we both use the same computer I don’t know how else you want me to prove this. Where I admit fault was I should’ve not have play on his account when he gave me permission, I should just made another account. I admit I was at fault here and I should’ve remove my whitelist application but you were right it indicates I was trying to gain an unfair advantage. I just want to clear the details here since it looks like my appeal was denied. I appreciate your time.
upgraded your ban to permanent for lying as one person created both forum accounts and both game accounts for the whitelist applications. game account 1 has a char named SdWill game account 2 has chars named BTCWill and WuhanWei same pin, pic, email, ip, connection, birthday the forum account created for your friend Aaron is registered with an email belonging to 'Will' too.
Tim, You are wrong on 4 things, may want to check your facts. 1. Game account 2 name is Btclou not Btcwill 2. Pin is the same correct, he asked me what to use I just said keep it simple I used 111111. 3. Our emails are different 4. Our maple royal birthday is also different. 5. I already said we are roommate and use the same computer, so obviously our IP is the same. I can provide a lease agreement with our names with a timeline for our apartment. 6. The only thing you are right on is the forum email, I did create that for him cause he doesn’t have 2 emails so I used mine. if you are going to permanently ban someone atleast get your facts straight.
