[TRADING GAME] Ampong's trading journey to a 1B coin

Let me introduce you to Ampong:
Ampong was not born like other Maplers. While others learned to swing, slash, or blast their way through the world, Ampong was bloodwashed beyond reason and robbed of the ability to attack at all. His destiny was sealed early on: one skill, one purpose, CR, and nothing else. No damage, no glory, just standing there pressing CR like it was written in the stars. Yet in the quiet moments between casts, a thought began to form in his oversized head. A vision. A dream. A single, perfectly round 1b coin, shimmering with promise and bad financial decisions. One day, that thought appeared, and unfortunately, it never left. Ever since then, the thought has been living rent-free in Ampong’s head, popping up after every CR cast and every inventory check he swore would be the last. There is no plan, no strategy, only vibes, and a dream that refuses to let him rest.
That is why I am very glad to announce we’re starting Ampong’s trading journey to a 1B coin!




Ampong is starting his life with a single, extremely noobish item. That is it. No backup stash. No secret mule. Just one sad little item and a very large dream.
The goal is to slowly trade this item up, one step at a time, by meeting generous MapleRoyalers who are willing to trade it for something slightly better.
Then we repeat. Again. And again. And again. Until, somehow, we reach the holy, shiny 1b coin.




#1. The Current Item
I will post updates announcing what item Ampong currently owns and is offering for trade. You can reply to the thread with trade offers. If Ampong decides an offer is roughly equal or slightly better in value, the trade happens, gets screenshotted, and Ampong moves on with his new treasure.

#2. Slow Progress Only
Ampong will not accept items that jump too far ahead in value. No shortcuts, no miracles, no “just take this 500m bro.” The suffering must be gradual and earned one questionable trade at a time.

#3. No Direct Mesos
All progress must be done through item-for-item trades. Direct meso trades are not allowed (Ampong do not understand the concept of cash).

#4. The 1B Coin Split
Once Ampong finally reaches the 1b coin, it will be split evenly between everyone who actively traded with him during the journey. 10 participants? 100m each. 100 participants? 10m each. 1000 participants? 1m each. Ampong gains no profit whatsoever, except eternal glory, screenshots, and emotional fulfillment.

#5. One Active Offer Per Person
To keep the thread readable and sane, each participant may have one active trade offer per update, Ampong will ALWAYS prefer trading with people who he never traded with.

#6. Final Say
I reserve the right to choose which trades to accept, tweak the rules if something breaks horribly, or delete Ampong from existence entirely if the universe demands it. YOLO.

#7. No Alt or Mule Padding
Trades must be done by unique players. Multiple characters from the same player will count as a single participant for the final 1b split.

#8. Trades Must Be Completed Promptly
If a trade is accepted, it should be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Ghosting Ampong is emotionally damaging and may result in moving on to the next offer.

#9. No Loans or Reversible Trades
All trades are final. No loans, buybacks, “hold this for me,” or future obligations. Ampong does not understand contracts.

#10. Community Spirit + All MapleRoyal Rules Apply!
This journey is meant to be fun and community-driven. Trades that attempt to exploit loopholes or undermine the spirit of the challenge will be declined, even if they are technically allowed.

How to Make an Offer?
To make a trade, simply reply to this thread with what you’re offering Ampong, along with your IGN and optionally Discord handle so I can reach you easily. If Ampong decides your offer is worthy, he will then ask me to reply here announcing that he liked it. From that point continue as usual, he will find and trade you, after which the new item will be posted here and the cycle repeats.

*Ampong doesn't care if you trade him Equips, Use, Chairs or ETC, as long as its tradeable.
*Ampong might ask me to reply here in a matter of minutes, or even days. if I have not posted that an offered has been accepted by Ampong, everyone can continue offer items.

Interesting idea, since I feel very bad for Ampong I will offer him a Red Potion in exchange for his Orange Mushroom Cap hoping it will aid him in his future endeavors.

I am Generously willing to upgrade Ampong with a green mushroom cap.
Ampong's journey is very touching and i will gladly sacrifice my Beloved green cap. Myself, aswell, had a very hard time killing that damn mushroom so i can relate.
