Awaiting Admin action 8 bugged APR's

    Hello,
    I was selling about 200 APR's today, and I believe 8 of them were bugged, I could not trade/drop them, and when I've put of them back to the cashshop, came out and then back in they were gone.
    I still have one (bugged) APR left in my inventory, tried to use it and got dced.

    IGN: icerazor
    Location: FM 4 Ch 14
    Server time: Feb 13 around 01:50

    Any help or nx refund? :)

    I didn't know I could report such thing, I also had this happened a long time ago for 3 APR's, but I don't remember when/where.

    For the bugged APRs, you may leave them in the Cash Shop inventory

    Even if they disappeared, Admins can still verify and refund

    So for your bugged/disappeared APRs, it's about 9+3?

    Just need an estimation of the bugged APRs
    Please also confirm if the 3 APRs disappeared on the same account
    If not, please provide 1 of the IGN from the other account that was affected

    1 bugged is currently in my inventory + 7 lost in cashshop.
    The old 3 were lost in cashshop.
    And yes all on the same account: icerazor

    Leave the bugged 1 in cash shop will do, else it might get mixed with your normal APRs
