I was also recommended on the MapleRoyals discord to mention that I changed my password and pin on the UCP. EDIT: I'd like to make aware that I've created a new account just in case this is an innocent mistake. I won't play it if you guys do tell me I'm banned. I'm just very confident that I haven't made any mistakes or broke any rules.
Thanks for providing the username. I have confirmed that your account was compromised, and banned to prevent further damage. To get it back, you'll need to submit an account recovery request. You are welcome to play on your other accounts in the mean time, as the ban is on the account, not you as a person
Hi Heidi, thank you for the response. How do I approach this account recovery request? I've tried using this thread: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/account-security.184904/ But this thread basically says to change your password and your PIN. I did both and it's still blocked.
