Hello, I've been gaming with my gf for a few days now and we've never had any issue that was non-fixable until now. The only issue we've faced so far is when my gf has registered for an account and on the website, Mapleroyals.com states that her password and ID was incorrect. However, when applied the same details, in-game, there is an account available and her character is there. She is also registered to the forum as "chevely." Is there a way to fix this? The sooner we fix this, the faster and more chances we have to vote for Maple Royals. Thanks a bunch.
Yes, her password is over 12 characters long. You mean the server hosting the website or the server hosting the game? From my current knowledge both are online.
This is what she needs to do, the server is back didn't notice.
