IGN: (BlessedU) Problem: (Item missed from my inventory 15TMA Lapiz Sandals) Details: ( The item Lapiz Sandals (15 TMA) disappeared from my inventory. The sandals were given to me by a player named ChadUP around the end of February, when he helped me out. Earlier today, while I was leeching a character for more than 3 hours at Harps, I clearly saw that the item was still in my inventory. After finishing the leech, I immediately went to do Zakum because I wanted to get a helmet for my Buccaneer. After the Zakum run ended, I checked my inventory and noticed that the Lapiz Sandals were no longer there, and they were not equipped on my character either. I also checked the ~buyback command (I made a video showing both accounts Buccaneer and Bishop and nothing on them, it’s just too big to upload, tried..)so I made sure I didn’t accidentally sell the item, and it does not appear there. I’m certain that I did not sell or drop the item. If possible, I would really appreciate it if someone could check the logs to see what might have happened to the item, and if there is any way it could be restored. I’m still a relatively new player and this item is very important for my character. As non-NX items do not disappear on their own, it is likely that the item was either accidentally sold or dropped. Although the Admins may be able to help verify whether the item was dropped, we are unable to provide a refund unless the item was lost due to a server error.
So as I said earlier I checked the ~buyback command And it was not appearing on the list of sold items. And I need to be really drunk to actually just drop it by accident, there is anyway admin can check it out? Just to make sure what really happened. Thank you! Btw, there is a limit of items shown in the list? Because let’s say I did 3 hours leech and sold many things to NPC, maybe it was in the first hour and I can’t see it cause of a lot of items been sold since then? I got a video like I said showing the full list while still logged in, but can’t upload it from some reason.
I will request the Admins to perform a check to confirm whether the item was accidentally sold or dropped. Regarding the ~buyback command, the list of displayed sold items is not unlimited, so I cannot rule that out as a possibility until the Admins have confirmed what happened. About ~buyback This command will let you re-purchase items that have been accidentally sold to an NPC. The cost to buy back an item is 5,000,000 mesos. Items sold to an NPC are available to buy back for 3 hours up to a limit of 250 items, and will not disappear due to a Server Check.
