Hi I've sold a couple of things that were pricey so I'm not sure exactly which items you were referring to. Other than gacha drops I've sold a robe for my friend, a ROA, 2x(?) taru totems, and some other things. The ROA and taru totems were from this random guy in FM a couple of weeks ago who said he was quitting and telling people to go to cc8 and one of the FM's I don't remember the number. (If you're going to ask me specifics, I don't really have the best memory ) I remember he was probably lvl 160+ had "NL" at the end of his name. He started dropping a bunch of stuff and I was able to snag these three things out of the countless items he dropped. There was about 10-12 other people there? There were other things I sold, but these are the things that I think would cause confusion. I hope this clears things up and sorry for any inconveniences!

Hi Tim, Sorry it was a couple of weeks ago and I really can't remember much since it all happened so fast. I do remember it was in one of the ludi FMs, I think probably 7 or 8. He must've dropped at least ~20 items and I'm just now remembering that he also dropped some onyx apples that I also was able to snag but I've kept them rather than sell. I'm almost certain everyone there got at least 1-2 items and when he finished, he logged off without saying anything. I'd say the whole thing happened in less than 2-3 minutes. At first I thought this person got hacked, but I haven't heard anything since (I guess its still a possibility). Thank you for your time Looking forward to hearing from you again.
Hi Tim, I know this bumps me down the list by bumping this thread and I really did not want to, but it has been a while since I have gotten a response. I looked at other threads that were "OPEN" and as old as mine, but the latest replies were from an admin and not the thread starter. Other posts were "Awaiting Admin Action" when the thread starter responded last. I wasn't sure if my response was missed, and I understand that you guys are very busy. Just wanted to make sure and get an update. Again, sorry for bumping my thread.

Hi, Sorry for such a long gap in replying. I changed jobs around that time and ran out of time for games, but am more free now. I own the accounts Sped and Wagyu, but not WagyuBeast. I thought I voted between the 12 hour windows between each account. I'm not exactly sure though. Are there any logs with times to check? I understand if I wasn't within those time frames. I believe I voted in the morning at times and then get home and forget if I did it that day or not. Thank you!
Voting is every 24 hours, not every 12 hours. So voting every 12 hours would be vote abuse. With regards to WagyuBeast, I'll ask Tim to double check that.
yes there are timed logs to check no they dont have a 12 hour gap either, its you voting on sped and wagyuu on the same dates with two minutes in between
Sorry to reopen such an old case. We're all older now and know how it is with real life and trying to game haha. I've gotten the itch to play Maplestory again and remembered that I was banned on here due to vote abuse. I was wondering if there was any grace in getting me unbanned. I've recently moved jobs and have much more free time now and would love to come back to the amazing community of MapleRoyals. I did read on the Terms and Conditions that vote abuse is considered a Moderate Infraction and that the first infraction would be a 14 day ban (I understand that bans are also under discretion of staff). Being this was my first infraction and someone whos been around since 2015, it would make my year to be able to give MapleRoyals a shot again! I promise to follow the rules to the best of my ability and will NOT vote abuse again. You have my word! Thank you so much for your consideration and looking forward to hearing back from someone!

As per the T&C - "Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of Staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense." This would mean the NX you have obtained from vote abuse is determined as Major Vote Abuse (permanent ban), and not Minor Vote Abuse (14 days)
Ah, that makes sense. I wasn't aware that my case was considered major as it wasn't previously mentioned. Is there ANY chance at all an admin can take a second look at it and confirm it being major? Thank you again!
