Closed Ban or block?

    Last thing you did: traded Re on my shad and bucc
    Why do you think you got banned?: No idea
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that had been deleted or Blocked from Connection

    Please double check that VPN services are disabled and uninstalled before reconnecting to MapleRoyals and please also check that MapleRoyals is whitelisted in your windows defender and antivirus.

    Hey thank you foxy I'm not using VPN and it's whitelist in my windows defender and antivirus but I'm still getting this message

    I tried that and also log in using hotspot and still get this message

    It looks like it might still be your IP. None of your accounts are banned which means you're connecting from a previously banned IP which can be often if it's not a private IP. There is unfortunately nothing that we can do on our end. I'd keep trying to get a new IP.
