Hi Not sure what the issue is here, but I'm unable to access my control panel. I rarely access control panel and I don't think I've typed in the wrong passwords for any of my accounts to trigger this. It might be worthy to note that the last time I tried to access the control panel was maybe a month ago during the last patch where I was met with this same error on an account that has never accessed control panel before. I did not attempt to log in on control panel again until today but I still face the same error message. Even new accounts that I just created recently and have never accessed control panel were met with the same error message. I do not have any issue logging in on the main website itself. Earlier on, I turned off wifi on my mobile to see if I could access it if I'm not connecting from my home network. I did manage to log in but when I logged off to switch to another account, I received the same error again when attempting to log in. All my subsequent attempts on any other accounts are all met with the above error message. Kindly advise on how to resolve this issue and how to prevent this from recurring. Thank you.
Hi, this error is supposed to only occur after accessing multiple accounts in a short period However, some players have feedback about the error occuring upon accessing only 1 account (will remind Admins about this) For now, you may try to access the Control Panel via another network (such as mobile data) if the issue occurs on WiFi
Hi Dave Thank you for your reply. When I first came across this error message about a month ago, it was my first time attempting to access control panel on that particular new account. Prior to that, it has been many months, probably more than half a year, since I accessed the control panel for any other accounts. I recall that after I failed logging into the control panel for that account, I tried my other accounts but to no avail as well. Hence I thought that perhaps the control panel website was down and didn’t think of it any further. Until my latest attempt and I still came across the same issue that I decided to post here as I really wanted to access my control panel to change some stuffs. Regarding your suggestion to access control panel using mobile data, I actually did attempt that as well prior to making this thread. I was successful in accessing the control panel for 1 account but after logging off, I couldn’t access any other accounts again. However, I re-attempted using mobile data today and was successful in logging in to a few different accounts and managed to do what I needed to. The above is just to share some details in case an admin needs the information to troubleshoot this issue. I do not require any further assistance at this point. Thank you very much for your help.

@oxente saw your issue on shoutbox, might be similar to what i faced too. can try the suggestion by dave, it worked for me.
I tried that and it worked for resetting my PIC, but now when i try logging in the same error shows up either on mobile or on wifi. ty for the tag tho
