ign: ColaBunz hi i was trying to trade my black beret for a ws on 3/23/2026 2230 +8 GMT. the trade took place in cc5 fm then we proceeded to cc5 fm rm 2. the item was bugged and i cant trade it. therefore i RC-ed but still no use. afterwards i placed it inside the cash shop inventory and it disappeared. help pls
hmm, can i check roughly how long does this process usually take? so that i dont have to frequently try to bump or ask for updates. thanks!
Admins process Character Issues once per few months, there isn't a fixed frequency Bumping or ask for updates won't speed up the process
