I don't understand the question. Does it refer to forum usernames? Or the names of in-game characters? Or if I've had other accounts in Royals?
The other day I submitted an appeal and they replied that I had to do it with the account I used over a year ago to appeal another ban, which I ended up recovering without problems because I didn't do anything wrong. The problem is that I don't have that account I used to appeal on the forum anymore because it was so long ago.
