    I vote everyday like usual using my own laptop. every 24hours
    It could be because I also voting in another account using my phone instead, for my sister account.
    I'm not sure what I had violated .~f12~f18

    Because she is my sister? I didn't know this will violate the rules until I get ban ~f12 but is okay, she's not playing anymore anyway.

    I got one questions. So you decided to delete my account instead? why my ID was delete or blocked from connection?
    I love Maplestory and I enjoy your game. but why you didn't give me a second chance? I didnt know the rules before this and after you pointed out the rules to me I will never violate again.
