    Why do you think you got banned?: I have been accessing the game using both my personal account and my sister's account. My sister is no longer living at home, and I occasionally logged into her account from the same location.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Your account has been blocked for using illegal programs or violating the game policy. You can login after Apr/15/2026 11:43pm.
