A couple nights ago either the servers went down or i lost internet while doing my 3rd job advancement i havent been able to access my account since but ive been able to vote. have i been banned? is it temporary or permanent? I really appreciate this server and am sincerely sorry for dropping any curse words or doing anything against the rules of the server. I vow that will not make the same mistakes. Please allow me to rejoin the mapleroyals community. its a very nice community i would love to be a part of and i am capable of adjusting my tendencies so that i dont break any rules ever again. if theres another reason for my ban id love to know so i can also fix said behavior. thank you so much Sebastian aka NostalgicNug
Hey, no rush on this but i wanted to update you guys and if you could give me info on my account i could chillax. Ive been having issues with my internet since a couple nights ago, it could be a problem on my end. I reset my router yesterday thinking it could solve my login issue but eversince then i cant find my wifi only ethernet works. Theres something buggin. it could be unrelated to the ban or its a misunderstanding in which case my bad. -NostlagicNug
You are not banned, but you are attempting to connect from a banned IP address. Try rebooting your router again - you will need to unplug it for at least a minute to get your ISP to allocate a new IP address.
Hey! Sorry to bother you guys here again since its not a ban but im not sure why im still unable to log in. I fixed my WiFi, now i can log into the my account control panel on the mapleroyals website but it still gives me the same message when i try to log into the game. Just to be safe i deleted and re downloaded mapleroyals but I still get the same 'this is an id that has been deleted or blocked from connection' I cant just reset my router apparently that's what caused this and unplugging it and plugging it in isn't an option either. Any help would be appreciated! thank you NostalgicNug
If you are unable to reset your router for a new IP, we can only recommend you to use another network such as mobile data (hotspot)
Im cooked! I reached back to my internet provider about the IP situation and they tried configuring to no avail. My PC is Ethernet I dont think i can wirelessly connect unless i get one of those adapters... but something feels weird. everything is working now but maple royals. Could this be a bug? not sure but thanks for all the help and advice. Im FEINING !
Have you tried requesting them to change your IP address? I applied for a static IP (at a cost) to avoid this issue myself
Hey Dave, yes i have. There's nothing more they can do on their end.. My internet provider says they cant change the IP for me since it will change it for the whole building. They suggested a VPN but before i attempt that is there anything you guys can do to help unblock this? Also wanted to make you guys aware and that i have permission to use a "VPN" Its been rough trying to find a solution to this. Please help if you can. thanks. -NostalgicNug
Hey again, using NordVPN im able to login to mapleroyals. Its a bit of an L that i have to pay 3$ a month now just to play this one game but i guess i have no other option. let me know if you guys have any free solutions that come to mind. for now im going to enjoy some maple! -NostalgicNug
I guess i spoke too soon, as soon as i click my character and enter pin the game shuts off you have been disconnected from the login server please try again... damn thats rough.. not sure what to do

Hey so i checked the spoiler of that post. My options seem to be narrowing down and im still not certain how to solve this issue. Could you possibly point me into the right direction? In that post by tim, he mentions if i get a private vpn that provides me a unique ip address it could work. where can i find this because i thought that was the point of nordvpn. now i see while using nordvpn it can get me to log on but not all the way through, its clear this ip i have is suspended specifically with mapleroyals. please keep in mind i have never used and vpn or ip changing software and am not really sure what im doing. im hoping you can be patient with me to solve this issue if this is the only way. at the end of the day, im confused as to why i have to go through all this to log in since im using the same computer with the same wifi network i was using a few days ago with no issue. sadly this is becoming increasingly frustrating and im honestly close to giving up but i really wish i could somehow get this game to work again. thank you NostalgicNug
You may check out the VPN's website should you wish to get a dedicated IP https://nordvpn.com/features/dedicated-ip/ However, getting dedicated IP usually comes at a cost For the issue (disconnecting upon selecting character), the solution is provided in the spoiler As Staff, we would strongly recommend you to consult with your ISP on how to change the IP address instead of opting for a paid VPN as this would come at a cost
I cant express how confused i am. I tried consulting my ISP and like i explained they cant help since i live in an apartment building with many people they wont change it just for me. it would change it for everyone. i don't know why . also, im trying proton vpn since its free but its doing the same thing when i click my character. Dedicated ip address is too expensive for me as an option and as far as the solution to that issue goes its where im confused the most. it says to disable or uninstall the vpn service provider in network adapters but then how am i supposed to use it to get in? sorry but ive never done anything like this and its getting increasingly confusing. is there any possibility of an admin or someone who takes care of the ip adresses to explain to me how to work around this or anychance you guys could help me out and unbann the ip adress thats connected to my building? im just not sure what else to do.
paying for a dedicated ip address doesnt seem to be working, i cant change my ip through my isp so im trying the solution in the spoiler one more time and then i think ive exhausted my options unless you guys would be so kind as to make an acception and clear the issues with this specific ip address and mapleroyals
someone had mentioned i can hotspot with my phone but since my pc doesnt work with wifi i might go get a usbc to ethernet adapter and maybe that can work using the ip from my phone.
