Hi there. Your initial ban was a temporary ban for minor vote abuse. Noting that you are account sharing by logging into your sister's account and voting as well, your ban has been upgraded to a permanent ban.
Hi both, I am disappointed to see my temporary ban escalated to a permanent one. I created and posted this thread to seek understanding as a new player in the server, hoping to clarify the situation and work towards lifting the temporary ban. unfortunately you cant benefit from using your sisters' account, and the NX voted on that, for unfair gains. It's also worrying that you and your sisters' accounts use a very similar email and the same birthday (twin sister?)

even as twins you may not access your sisters' account repeatedly, and for your gain (NX) this is a major account sharing violation
I don't understand why can't siblings share items among themselves. We played less than two weeks. Nevertheless, she has lost interest in Royals after the upgrade in ban.
Hopefully you have lost interest too, as both of you are permanently banned as people, and any further accounts created by either of you will also be permanently banned for ban evasion.
Regarding your concern, this appeal has already been reviewed by an Admin and the permanent ban will remain. The earlier response was to clarify that the ban is permanent, and that any attempts to bypass it by creating or using other accounts will be treated as ban evasion and will result in further action. Please also note that your ban was not due to sharing in-game items, but due to account sharing. We consider this matter closed.
Thank you for the clarification. I would appreciate if my twin sister's and my personal credentials can be kept confidential. Additionally, please review the conduct of your staff, as the interaction came across as quite rude.
We have not, and will not, share you and your twin sister's personal credentials. All staff who have responded in this thread have behaved professionally.
