ValeBS was doing PQs and training at the big ghost maps in Kerning City. Why do you think you got banned?: I believe I may have been banned because I was logging into both accounts at the same time to move mesos or items depending on what I needed. For context, ValeBS is an account I created for my girlfriend, but I sometimes played on it. She visits me often and when we spend time together, she logs in from my setup since she does not want to install the game on her own computer due to security concerns. My account asesinedk has mostly been used for trading and selling items. She redeems NX from her phone and I do it from my laptop. If this is not allowed, I understand and will make sure not to do it again. Ban message when attempting to log in: “Your account has been blocked for using illegal programs or violating the game policy. You can login after Apr/27/2026 6:25 am.” Which GM banned you (optional): I am not sure

Hello, I understand the rule regarding account sharing, but I feel the way this situation has been handled is extremely disproportionate. This was not a case of account selling, boosting, or sharing with strangers. It was simply between me and my girlfriend, occasionally playing from the same setup. From my perspective, telling her “hey, try the game for a bit” or letting her play casually does not feel like something that should result in a permanent ban. What makes this more frustrating is that I have spent real money on Royal Points and in-game items. Being permanently banned without any real chance to clarify or resolve the situation means losing access to something I actually paid for, which feels unfair. I also feel that the communication has been quite closed off. Instead of trying to understand the context, the decision was escalated quickly and definitively, without room for discussion. I truly enjoyed the experience and came back to the game because of the nostalgia and the effort you’ve put into recreating it. It’s disappointing to see it end this way over something that, from my point of view, was not intended to break the spirit of the rules. I respect that you enforce your policies strictly, but I hope you can at least reconsider how situations like this are evaluated, especially when there is no malicious intent involved. Take care.
