Closed Dave Deville needs to settle down

    Reason for getting banned: I have no idea, I don’t think I’m banned I just got points against me in the forum
    Person who banned me: Dave deville I think is his name
    One of your GMs is in a serious power trip, all I said was someone’s post was long. I didn’t say I didn’t like the post, I didn’t say anything ignorant to them. I literally just said that their post was long but from what I read I agreed with them. How is this at all bannable behavior? Am I not allowed to post anything without this Dave guy coming at me trying to ban me? I really don’t know what this guys problem is other than he’s on one heck of a power trip and needs to settle down a little bit.

    I would like to clarify the misunderstanding.

    The 5 WP was not issued because you said someone’s post was long, but because you necro-ed a thread from March 2024.

    As stated in the Forum Rules:

    I do not appreciate your rude and disrespectful tone toward my colleague. Dave does a fantastic job of moderating our forum to keep it a constructive and welcoming space for all. It is a job that very few people are willing to do. If you continue to speak that way to and about Dave, then we will have no option but to remove you from this forum as nobody should be expected to tolerate needless and undeserved abuse while carrying out their duties, especially when they are a volunteer.

    You sure do have quite the track record of toxic behaviour in our community. Not many people here have managed to receive 4 objectionable behavior strikes in game, as most were able to learn after their 1st or 2nd ban. Obviously you've been quite a bit slower to get it, and unfortunately your behavior on this forum as of lately suggests that you still don't get it. Behave yourself, or you will be facing further consequences.
