    My grandfather used to make cheesecake with fruit toppings (usually cherry) on special occasions when we visited with the whole family. With special occasions I mean birthdays, fathers day, mothers day and all sorts of single-day holidays.
    It was really something to look forward to because it was very tasty. It looked similar to this:

    I have fond memories of cheesecake as well. I would also be interested in replicating Tims grandfather's cheesecake, it sounds scrumptious.

    One other fond memory of cheesecake I've had was when I ate cheesecake with John and Aly when she visited.
