I went to a map where a player who had kicked me from their party accused me of being a thief. I responded to the situation after being falsely accused.


Why do you think you got banned?:

I believe the ban was issued due to a misunderstanding and false accusations made by other players. I did not commit any rule-breaking actions. There was no evidence provided for the claims against me, and my response was purely reactive to being publicly accused and my name being damaged in-game and on the forums.

In addition, I would also like to address the way I was treated inside the game throughout this situation. False accusations and misleading messages were spread about me to other players without a proper investigation or clear evidence.

This created public defamation within the community and allowed people to damage my reputation in-game based on claims that were never properly verified.


I expect the review to focus not only on the ban itself, but also on the way this situation was handled from the beginning. A fair system should prevent the spread of false accusations and should not allow a player’s name to be publicly damaged before an objective investigation takes place.


I respectfully ask that the actions of the individuals who spread those messages and accusations also be reviewed, just as my own actions were reviewed.

Another important thing is that I will not return to play until you completely delete my name from the forum. Even if you bring me back into the game, people on the forum and in the game are still lying about me and spreading lies about me on Smega for several days.
