Hey Royallers! I’m Trying to play a bit more serious again. I’m a level 200 shad and want to upgrade my gear. I know RG is a good way for a solid income. But the bonus stage sometimes Jokes with me. One time I finish with 10min left and 20 bees. Other days i struggle to even get 20 bees. I use the first map. And I taunt before every kill. Is this a common thing or a skill issue from me? So if you run this on a shad, how do you do it? Tactics, tips and tricks feel free to share here! (I have with appo and echo ~13540 range) Thank you -
just wanna share my experiences on this: I always go for the 2nd map, I use the combo around the map to gather mobs and only stop when there are 3-4+ mobs that I can fight. I utilize a lot to jump between platform or chase bee, for pots I only use gizer . 20/20 bees most (99%) of the time.
I personally feel shad is nerfed in RG. Most of my RG runs ended with 3~10min left for the 20bees. I did try 1st and 3rd map, and i dont feel much differences even mob in 3rd map has more HP. Sometimes I even afk awhile then the bees are more willing to come out...
Well I have the same feeling. I used to clear it with even more time left. And even I still can complete it. It just feels bad this way. Later on I’m going to try the 2nd map. Maybe the Quick movement is the key to succes.
I haven't done rg in years but I remember shad being my second favorite class in bonus behind paladin. During the bonus I would mount/dismount and use band of thieves across the whole bottom row. While I waited for the aggro'd mobs to group up and walk towards me I would kill whatever was nearest and in a 2-3 mob. I always used my boomerang step on the bees too as soon as possible.
Ahh you mob them too on the bottom! When I do this i sometimes have a feeling it takes long to get some bees spawn. But it feels silly to hit only 2-3 mobs… Is pally realy nice for it? Cause i’m working on one!
