    Why do you think you got banned?: After clarification, i have been abusing voting.

    I am writing a response here as you reached out to me via Discord DM regarding this appeal.

    Although I am unable to view the exact details of your ban from my end, judging by the 2-week ban duration, it is usually related to either glitch abuse or vote abuse:

    In the Discord DM, you mentioned "Because i was told i could use mobile data to vote for separate account"

    This is not correct.

    To clarify:
    1. Players are only allowed to vote once per day (UTC), regardless of how many accounts or networks they have.
    2. You may vote using either WiFi or mobile data, but you cannot use both on the same day to obtain more than 8,000 NX.

    If you have any doubts regarding the Terms & Conditions in the future, we would appreciate it if you could reach out to us via the Forums or Discord so we may clarify them for you beforehand.
