Hi thanks for the clarification, understood now, just a few questions as I only voted my account once per day(you can check my transaction) and I only have 2 account another one is at level 13-14 which is not entitled to vote yet, I didn't plan to vote on that account as well sometimes my friend came to my place and they used my internet to vote(this is very rare just few times in the passed months) does that resulted I can't vote on that day or I can still vote with other internet? Also what will happen to my nx as it is my hard earned from voting daily and bossing also can I still vote ? I only have one account the other one is just a hb mule(ign : stranger1) if I recalled correctly just level 13. My friend came to my house that day to use his account to show me something for a short while(just for few minutes also just once) as mentioned above will it detect wrongly as my second account? Because his account got ban too. But he is not an active player. Hope you can look into this thanks alot

what was your lvl 16 warrior friend that doesnt actively play, but actively votes, showing you for a couple of minutes on your computer?
Hi Tim thanks for the reply, he was at my place that day because my account was stucked at cc2 at the time was a server issue so he decided to turn on his account at my place to ask me about which warrior's skill to up and decide which job to play after a couple of minutes I was told that the server was fixed and then I decided to hop back on my account he left after a short while and he didn't turn on his account on my computer since then. I did told him to vote more often as he can sell Apr or gacha for mesos after he is level 50 so I guess he voted daily but I didn't know that would get me banned because he used his account on my comp just for a couple of minutes
