Wait up, don't get another VPN yet. You are currently banned, and it is related to something odd with your VPN set up, but I will need to get an admin to just check it. If you've done nothing wrong, then you have nothing to worry about
Just to clarify，i have a low level character,IGN GoatBearBee,I made this character at the very beginning, but I quit on it because I wasn't allowed to become a Rogue. it's on same account with SheepBearBEE
Additional note: I switch between two computers—one with and one without a VPN. Will this affect anything?
I want to know if I will still get banned in the future if I use the same VPN on two different computers to play,or one with and one without?

I just had a chat to Tim about this. Your VPN does indeed seem to be a private VPN, but some of its inner workings are a bit odd and cause issues with our systems. Unfortunately I cannot provide details about this for security reasons, but I'd highly recommend going with a different (private) VPN if at all possible. I'd also recommend that you go with one that has an initial free trial, so that I can check once you connect with it that there is nothing odd with it also that might cause further issues. Unfortunately we do not have a list of recommendations, but you could try reach out to the Chinese royals community for recommendations?
Thanks for getting back to me and for checking with Tim on this — I really appreciate it. I understand the situation now. A friend of mine actually recommended a private VPN that they (and a few others I know) have been using on Royals without any issues, so I'm going to give that one a try instead. Just to clarify — as long as I'm using a clean/compatible VPN from now on, would I be fine playing from two different devices (my desktop and my laptop) both routing through that same VPN? Or is there anything else I should watch out for on my end to make sure everything stays clean?
If I use a 'clean' VPN on one computer but play on my regular connection on another, would that put me at risk of a ban in the future?
