This is kinda dragging on for this thread but the consensus is that when you run a business, expect not all customers to be perfect, since the business wants to earn money, you'd need to do everything on your end to ensure the customer get the service and pay you.

Doesnt matter, Im pointing that im providing services that he decided to die during the run and DC afterwards.

Yes he died, buyers will occasionally die in zak. What else is he gonna do? From the chat box it seems like you don't have res so there isn't much more to do.

Yes, he was in the wrong to die, but keeping buyers alive is also your job, it's why zak sellers tend to have either hyper body, res (sometimes even multiple res) and some even offer HP gears all to ensure buyer stays alive till the end so you can get paid.

It's one of the expense part of running a business where you lose money unfortunately (eg buyer dying without res, buyer dc, run failing, server dc, you dc). So try to get res on that 149 bishop for the future.

Yeah, fegaterino i know what u want say . u want buyer pay u weather he get helmet or not get helmet. that's a good question , u can tell all ur buyer what u tot , i tot no one wanna buy ur service.
