hi, I have an account which has the username (censored). I know the password, but I got locked out since I don't know my pin. The email for recovery is (censored) apparently this is a really old email of my cousin and cannot be accessed anymore. Can I still recover this account?

Well that was years ago, i can barely remember. I also have one more account that I want to retrieve, this one's my brother's (he knows the user and pass) pin problem too, apparently, he can't seem to remember the email to reset the pin and the char's name.
You gonna recover your brother's account on his behalf? Why is he not recovering the account personally? You also have yet to explain why are you using your cousin's email
