Closed Disconnected after character selection

    Last thing you did:trying to select character inputting PIC
    Why do you think you got banned?:VPN issue
    Ban message when attempting to log in:disconnected from server try again.

    Hello,

    I followed the steps above and is still giving me the message after I made sure no duplicate adapters or web browsers running in the background. The message I get is “you have been disconnected from login server. Please try again later.” Not sure what else can be done.
